Project:
Port Alaçatı Project is a residence project that is planned to be located in Çeşme Peninsula on an area of 236 hectares that reaches Alaçatı Gulf; and is to be connected to the sea with canals to be opened through land.

The main concept of the project is to create accommodations, buildings of commerce, tourism, recreation, sports and culture on islands separated with canals and are connected via transportation with boats in canals. So "a life with sea" is to be created.

Port Alaçatı is the first example of such projects like Port Grimaud (France), Rosas (Costa Brava), Sanctuary Cove (Australia) in Turkey.

Within the scope of this project, there will be a purification facility to satisfy environmental concerns; electricity will be supplied with generators when needed in full power and water shortages (commonly encountered in Çeşme Peninsula) will be avoided with water depots.
This stage, similar to the 1st stage 1st phase we have completed before, will use authentic regional architecture motifs and view of the sea will enrich the visual quality.

Location:
Alaçatı is a region which reaches to both Ilıca gulf in North and Agrilya Gulf in South, and is 70 km away from İzmir, to the eastern side of Çeşme Peninsula. The 8-km freeway connects Alaçatı with Çeşme. The area still attracts many tourists with its authentic rock structure, that is legally under protection. Recently, many buildings have been restored according to their original architectural design and this trend grows every following year. The climate, access, natural and social surroundings make Alaçatı an advantageous place for secondary accommodations, which are utilized widely throughout the year in terms of actual usage.

Besides, Alaçatı Gulf is known to be one of the best windsurfing centers of the World. Surfing can be enjoyed in all 12 months, including partially January and February. The Marina's substructure is completed and it has a total docking capacity of 250. If this investment is finalized and brought to service, a great gap will be filled both for North-South ventures and Anatolia - Aegean Islands Yacht traffic.

Port Alaçatı Project is planned to be built on the 256 hectare area that is located among the current Alaçatı Residence and Alaçatı Gulf and is not yet urban spread. The marina is located on the southern end and the İzmir-Çeşme highway is its northern border.
This location helps Port Alaçatı be both self-sufficient and independent and directly integrate with Alaçatı Residence and the sea.

Accommodation Types:
38 apartment flats with choices from 1+1 to 5+1 (5 blocks), 36 pieces of aligned house accommodations (11 blocks), 11 individual houses (villa) so a total of 85 accommodations (27 blocks) and indoor and outdoor parking lots, and a social facility including a fitness center, swimming pool and cafeteria along with the houses are presented.
