The site is designed with secure site concept and there will be no surface traffic; all parking lots and depots will be located underground. The site is planned to have a lake, 3 open swimming pools, 3 basketball-volleyball courts, one kindergarten, and also a social facility including one indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, fitness center, cafeteria, kids playgrounds and barbeque areas.
